The Conference registration fee will include daily coffee, lunch, tea, the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, and the outing and the Conference Banquet on Wednesday. Vegetarian and other special dietary requirements can be met on request. In addition we offer high quality campus Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Rooms have either en-suite bathroom or private washbasin and shared facilities. Full payment will be required in advance. The advance payment should be made by 17 May 2007 using the form below. The University will start to release our rooms to others after this date and then availability cannot be guaranteed, so please contact us as soon as possible. The town of Guildford offers some quite inexpensive Bed and Breakfast but this is relatively scarce and hotel accommodation can be expensive. Due to the programme of refurbishment of University accommodation we can only guarantee single rooms at this time. Please contact us about availability of twin rooms. In the event that we are unable to offer you suitable accommodation, you may like to explore the possibilities here. |
